Letters
To make it easy for you to take action we have created some draft letters for each of the people you should write to. We have provided 3 writing styles (options 1, 2 or 3) for you to choose from for each adressee which cover “considered”, “emotional” and “technical” styles. Please feel free to select the one which best represents how you feel about this issue.
Use any of the letters below by clicking on the links entitled “Word 97-2003″, “Rich Text” or “Plain Text”. The Rich Text Format (RTF) versions should be easily handled by most word processing and email software. If you have difficulty reading the RTF use the Plain Text, the content is the same. Alternatively you could create your own, or mix and match from any of the sections provided. Whichever option you choose, we do urge you to stay firmly on message in an uncomplicated way.
